Cutting firewood, even for difficult pieces of wood

The HMG roller table saw of the RS 7 series is ideal for cutting difficult (crooked, thin, knotty) pieces of wood due to its operating height and wood holding device. The robust, welded tubular steel frame ensures maximum stability. A foldable protective device on the timber holding device offers more security. The roller table is easy to use thanks to ball bearings.

 

Innovative “whisper” saw blade! The new LFZF 700 saw blade is approximately 20 dB quieter than conventional saw blades and is suitable for rip and cross cuts in all natural woods. More information can be found under “Accessories for circular saws” and “Circular saw blades”!

  • A robust square steel tube construction ensures maximum stability. The welded frame is torsion-resistant and withstands the large cutting loads better than a sheet metal construction. A high-quality powder coating protects against rust.
  • The cutting protection device can be opened wide for convenient operation. The system protected by a utility model (DE 20 2020 100 105.1) also has a very large opening for the wooden support device (rocker), which enables light wood assembly.

  • A wide chip ejection prevents blockages from wood and bark residues. A prescribed protective grille, which is not welded on HMG circular saws, can be removed for cleaning.
  • The saw table can be swiveled backwards in a few simple steps, thus enabling the saw blade to be changed very quickly without having to laboriously disassemble the circular saw. The tool for changing the saw blade is securely attached to the machine for transport.
