The 2-wheel chassis with large 400mm pneumatic wheels and a drawbar with trailer hitch is ideal for transporting the machine with a towing vehicle (e.g. tractor). The table can be used to split short pieces of wood with an HMG meter splitter. Two table extensions are excellent for storing logs for further splitting operations. A rail and two locking hooks prevent the table from twisting or tipping out. The gap height is 33-55 cm and with a screw-on base up to 36 cm. The HMG-Sappie is 40cm long, drop-forged with a hardened tip and ash handle with an anti-slip painted handle. The PTO shaft can be adjusted from 560 mm to 860 mm in length. The 1 3/8 inch connections are attached to the PTO shaft connection with a sliding pin. The drive shaft is secured against twisting with a chain. A shorter length can also be achieved by sawing off the shaft.

The cable winch is ideal for pulling logs to the log splitter and lifting them into the splitting position. Thanks to the 20m long steel cable and the strong pulling capacity of 500kg, the splitter does not have to be moved at the workplace. The 2t steel cable is optimally guided over movable guide rollers. It is operated via a mechanical switch lever, which is fixed when the cable is pulled out and releases the roller by pulling on the steel cable.

The HMG log splitter trailers are available in 2 different versions. The A25 type is designed for a driving speed of up to 25 km/h and the A80 type is designed for up to 80 km/h thanks to its sprung axle. The welded trailers are equipped with a three-point mounting bracket, ball head coupling, support wheel, hand winch and integrated protected lighting system as standard. Using a maintenance-friendly manual winch, the log splitter is quickly swiveled from transport to working position.
